My Story
From Vietnam to Silicon Valley
A vietnamese-war refugee whose family moved to France and subsequently the US in order to seek a better life, I have had big aspirations and pursued the American dream. I am grateful for the sacrifices of my parents which led to new opportunities.
Early in my career, I was blessed to have teachers and mentors who believed in me, when I didn’t believe in myself. In turn, I became passionate about empowering others and I spent the last 20 years dedicated to developing others.
In my own life and career, I have continued to look for ways to step outside my comfort zone and doing things I didn’t think were possible: whether it was getting a Stanford MBA, coaching CEO’s, launching my own business, becoming a mom after years of infertility, hiking to the base camp of Everest, or running 12 marathons and even a few ultra-marathons.
I am grateful to have found work that I love and I am passionate about helping others reinvent themselves and create a career of meaning and impact and a life of no regret.
I look forward to supporting you, your vision, and your growth.
Experienced Coach
As a coach with 20 years of experience in talent development, I draw from an array of coaching modalities, tools and training (Stanford GSB Facilitation Skills, Neurolinguistic Programming certification, coaching training, Masters in Career Management).
Silicon Valley Mindset
I am fortunate to have strong ties to the Stanford community. In addition to being an alum, I currently coach, facilitate and teach experienced leaders at Stanford. I have also worked with professionals in brand name Silicon Valley organizations (Apple, Hewlett Foundation, Google) as well as startup founders.
Global Outlook
I launched T-group International, an initiative to help global leaders create meaningful and effective connections. Our team facilitated 70 students and alumni at INSEAD in France and Singapore. I previously headed the talent management functions at various European companies. Originally from Vietnam, I have lived in more than 5 countries (the US, the UK, France, and Spain) and speak English, French and Spanish fluently. I see myself as a global citizen and care deeply about diversity and the benefits of different perspectives.
Life Inspiration
I reside in Palo Alto with my husband Antonio and our sons Alex and Nico. When I am not running after them, I enjoy running marathons and ultras. Some of my favorite books are "Man's Search for Meaning" and "Nonviolent Communication".
